Reserve levels & tank capacity

When a tank drops below its reserve, Fuel Watch raises an order alert. Capacity is optional — it powers the tank gauge, % full, and "does a full load fit" checks. One load ≈ 8,700 gal.

When prices are falling and you're below reserve, Fuel Watch lets inventory dip up to this % under reserve to buy cheaper — then forces an order at the floor.

EIA API key

Powers the EIA Weekly Petroleum Status signal (gasoline build/draw & demand). A working key is built in, so this already runs — paste your own only if you'd rather use a separate free key (get one at eia.gov/opendata).
